Busy at work...

Well... we've started our latest project! At the beginning of the summer I had decided to replace the windows in my house... well... I've now decided to do the siding as well. What a project! Actually, it is going pretty well and I am sort of enjoying it all!!! It's going fairly well and once the windows get here... sure it will go much quicker! (I'll have to post the pictures of it later... won't go right now... I'll do some before and after things.)

Last night I was able to catch up with my of the PHS staff. We were celebrating Sam and Terri's wedding! Congrats to them!!! It sure is great seeing everyone - even Clayton says he misses our "secret mutt meetings"! I have to admit, I miss my old PHS family... but also miss SMK folks right now. Seriously, I think I have the best of both worlds...

Ok... well most other things are moving right along, time is flying as I knew it would. I've been out golfing and visiting family and friends...

I'm back...

Well I've been back in Michigan over a week now. Yes, it is good to be home and yes, I do miss Alaska! It's great catching up with everyone and look forward to a nice relaxing summer!

I left St. Michael May 25th about 3-4 pm. I landed in Kincheloe about 11pm on May 26th. I was able to make it to graduation Saturday and then to Uncle Bill's retirement party on Sunday. Monday... I think I slept most of that day. The rest of the week I spent seeing friends and family and of course, shopping! I also managed to get in a round of golf, thanks Beth! Golf league starts Monday night.. they better watch out... Beth and I are on fire! HA

Today I managed to make it out of bed in time for church, that was at 11 by the way. Then we headed out to Randy's property for some target practice. I still have it! We had a good time shooting off quite a few rounds there! (I tried putting some pictures on here but it is taking toooooo long. Will try later.)

Again, yes, it is good to be home! I'll try to update this every now and then... but no promises!
