More from Hawaii
More from Hawaii - It's -17 here in SMK today so it does me MUCHO good to look at these pictures and relive that "warmth"!!! Hope everyone is warm, healthy, and happy.

Melanie, Summer, me, and Eva at Pali Lookout. This was the only day that it rained. I think it rained about 5-10 minutes and that was it.

The Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor. This memorial was built over the USS Arizona. While standing inside the memorial you are able to see the battleship. She has been down there for 65 years and she is still leaking oil to this day. The survivors call the oil the "black tears". They claim she will stop crying the day the last survivor goes to rest. Many of the survivors will have their ashes put onboard when they pass. (It was a pretty sobering experience to be there.)

Timmy and Summer striking a pose. This was somewhere along the northeast shore. We were looking for Leia Point but I don't think we ever found it.

I am not real sure what kind of flower this is (Hibiscus perhaps) but I thought it was pretty sweet. The flowers and smells of Hawaii are so fresh... I love the Plumeria!

This is Waikiki Beach. We spent a couple of days just laying on the beach. It was so neat to see so many people just minding their own business.... all only there for one thing... soak up the sun! I bought a painting of Waikiki Beach. I'll have to take a picture of it to post one of these days. It looks perfect in my Hawaiian bedroom!
